Karl’s passion and motivation is in designing unique homes. His entire life has been molded by continuous exposure to residential and commercial design. The Hahnfeld family has over a half century of award-winning design, architecture, and building experience. They have been integral pieces in some of Fort Worth’s most significant structures.

Karl has personally spent 25+ years designing hundreds of distinguished homes in Fort Worth and Dallas. He is also responsible for several projects in other regions of Texas and Oklahoma, such as Glen Rose, Possum Kingdom, Port Aransas, Stephenville, Comfort and Tulsa.

His design experience encompasses homes of most every style, including Spanish Colonial, Mediterranean, Tudor, Colonial, French, Texas Vernacular, and Mid-Century. Karl’s main goal as a designer is to produce timeless spaces that foster many years of growth and memories made.
